We just got back home after spending 9 days in Orlando at this rental property and had a wonderful time.

Paul was a pleasure to deal with a responded to all questions and emails quickly and efficiently. The directions he provided to the condo along with additional information were easy to follow and once we arrived everything was perfect.

We were very happy with it’s close proximity to the theme parks, shops and interstates. We were approx 5 miles to the Disney theme parks and a little further from Universal (approx 20min drive). Even though we were close to everything the location was nice and quiet for the days all we wanted to do was rest and relax by the pool.

Grocery stores and restaurants were all within a 5-10min drive from the condo so everything was extremely convenient.

When we arrived we found the lamps in the condo were turned on in anticipation of our arrival and we immediately felt welcomed and at ease.

The property was immaculate and everything was clean and well-maintained. Upon arrival there was also a folder containing information ranging from TV channels to restaurants, shops, churchs etc in close proximity.
There was 5 of us staying at this property (4 adults and 1 grown son) and there was more than enough room for us all to be comfortable.

I’ve already recommended this property to friends and would stay here again if I ever come back to Orlando.
